He may no longer be with us, but we can celebrate him and send him birthday greetings wherever he may be. He stays in our hearts and we will always remember him as a person and of course the many funny movies with which he gave us much joy.

It's only fair that Bud Spencer has been honored this year. There was the second Bud Spencer statue, which was placed in Italy, where "They called him Bulldozer" and "Bomber" were shot. One day before the statue was unveiled in Livorno, there were some other celebrations. Because the "Carlo Pedersoli street" was inaugurated, not so far away from the statue.

In September a museum opened in the Bud Spencer's birthplace Naples, which is a highlight of the year. It shows his life, his career as a person and actor: 86 beautiful years.

Now for his birthday on October 31st, many fans in Germany will have another chance to see the documentary "They called him Spencer" on a big cinema screen, because the CineStar shows it in many selected cinemas in Germany. In Augsburg, Riccardo Pizzuti, Sal Borgese, Cristiana Pedersoli, Jorgo and Marcus will also be there for the occasion.
